Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality. * Required: Support the head chef in dish preparation. Preparation of mise en place. Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Collaborate with the team to deliver quality service. * Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of verifiable kitchen experience. Availability to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Own vehicle or means of transportation. Responsible individual with initiative and willingness to commit to the project.
