At Fet a Ma Mataró, we are growing and need to incorporate SALES ASSOCIATES AND WAITERS/RES ON A FULL-TIME BASIS into our stores. Receive and attend to customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience according to established procedures. Prepare and serve orders at the bar and dining area (cafeteria, beverages, assembly of cold bar services), following the establishment's service standards. Resolve minor customer incidents during service empathetically and effectively, escalating those requiring supervision. Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in public areas, work zones, utensils, and equipment. Actively collaborate with the dining and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with food hygiene regulations. Comply with food safety and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Agility, initiative, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, adaptability and flexibility * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1350' to '1600' * Additional relevant information: • Permanent contract, with a probationary period as stipulated by the collective agreement. • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. • Rotating morning/evening shifts from Monday to Sunday, with corresponding rest days as stipulated by the collective agreement
