Financial Controller

We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller with business vision, strong analytical skills, and proven experience who is eager to actively participate in decision-making and continuous improvement of internal processes. What will be your mission? To be responsible for the company's economic and financial control, providing rigorous information and analytical tools to support strategic decision-making. Main responsibilities Supervision and filing of tax returns. Control and monitoring of general accounting. Tracking of outstanding receivables and debt management. Cost, budget, and variance control. Preparation of economic and financial reports. Definition, monitoring, and analysis of management indicators (KPIs). Margin and profitability control. Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards. Data analysis and preparation of reports for Management. Participation in monthly and annual closings. Identification of opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Coordination with various departments across the company. University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, or related areas is an advantage. Proven experience in Financial Controller, Financial Manager, or similar roles. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with Power BI. Fluency in Catalan and Spanish. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of making sound decisions. Ability to work autonomously and maintain a holistic view of the business. We especially value Experience in transport, logistics, or similar operational environments. Solid knowledge of taxation, accounting, and management control.
