We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with experience in hybrid environments (Cloud and on-premise), combining strategic vision, technical ability, and a DevOps mindset. This person will be key in the evolution of our infrastructure, contributing both in the cloud side (Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, GCP) and in managing Microsoft systems (Office 365, Entra ID, Intune). The current platform team is divided into three main areas: * **Cloud & DevOps**: Scalable and high-performance infrastructure based on Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Docker, designed to support the exponential growth of our e-commerce and data operations (BigQuery, Data Warehouse). We promote the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, test and deployment automation, and monitoring processes to accelerate reliable deliveries, minimize errors, and foster collaboration between development and operations. These practices ensure a continuous flow of value to the customer and an adaptable, scalable infrastructure. * **Bare Metal & On-Premise**: Maintenance and operation of local systems, including office networks, warehouses, IT support for employees, hardware management, and networks in critical facilities. * **Cybersecurity**: Implementation of security measures to protect cloud and on-premise systems, and strategies to mitigate risks in e-commerce and our operations. **Responsibilities:** * Lead automation initiatives with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines. * Administer and secure Microsoft environments: Office 365, Entra ID, Intune. * Implement security policies, hardening, identity management, and compliance. * Collaborate with development, IT, and security teams to ensure system availability, performance, and protection. * Participate in audits, incident response, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity posture. * Promote DevOps culture throughout the software lifecycle. **Requirements:** * +5 years of experience in similar roles within medium or large companies. * Solid experience with GCP (IAM, GKE, Cloud Armor, Cloud Identity). * Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm. * Experience with Microsoft environments: Office 365, Entra ID, Intune. * Familiarity with FinOps practices, observability (APM, SIEM), and cloud cost management. * Proactive mindset, oriented toward continuous improvement and teamwork. * Previous cybersecurity experience (audits, WAF, Zero Trust, etc.) will be valued. **What we offer:** * A growing project with strong investment in technology and security. * A high-level technical team and collaborative culture. * Opportunities for progression into technical leadership or CISO roles. * Hybrid flexibility and a dynamic work environment.
