Our international team of +1000 people has a clear mission: to revolutionize the furniture and decoration sector by betting on talent, digitalization, and design-to-customer experience, creating sustainable designs at competitive prices with omnichannel purchasing options. The current platform team consists of 12 members, divided into two main areas: * **Cloud & DevOps**: Scalable and high-performance infrastructure based on Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Docker, designed to support the exponential growth of our e-commerce and data operations (BigQuery, Data Warehouse). We promote the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, test and deployment automation, and monitoring processes to accelerate reliable deliveries, minimize errors, and foster collaboration between development and operations. These practices ensure a continuous flow of value to the customer and an adaptable, scalable infrastructure. * **Bare Metal & On-Premise**: Maintenance and operation of local systems, including office networks, warehouses, IT support for employees, hardware management, and networks in critical facilities. Here we use the Microsoft 365 environment. Our ambition is to transform this team into a benchmark of high productivity and technical quality. To achieve this, we need a leader who can evaluate, optimize, and if necessary, reorganize the team's composition, while fostering a strong DevOps and operational excellence culture. **Your mission:** You will be directly responsible for leading and scaling the platform team, ensuring that the technological and operational infrastructure always meets our business needs and ambitions. Your responsibilities include: * **Strategic leadership**: Define and execute the platform team’s technological vision, aligned with the company’s growth objectives. * **Team management**: Motivate, develop, and when necessary, reorganize the team to ensure it is composed of the best talent. * **Technical excellence**: Ensure reliability, availability, and scalability of our platforms both in the cloud and on-premise. * **DevOps culture**: Lead the implementation of best practices in automation, CI/CD, observability, security, and team collaboration. * **Infrastructure optimization**: Design, supervise, and improve the architecture of our infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and bare metal systems. * **Vendor and budget management**: Make strategic decisions about tools, technologies, and external services, optimizing costs without sacrificing quality. **Essential requirements:** * +7 years of experience in technical roles related to infrastructure and operations. * +3 years of experience leading engineering or DevOps teams in high-demand environments. * In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes. * Experience managing hybrid infrastructure (cloud and bare metal). * Strong experience implementing and promoting a DevOps culture. * Experience with modern monitoring and observability tools. * Exceptional leadership skills: ability to inspire and develop talent. * Proficiency in English (written and spoken). **Desirable:** * Experience in high-traffic companies, e-commerce, or industries with similar demands. * Relevant certifications (e.g.: Google Cloud Professional, CKA). * Experience with MDMs (JAMF, Intune). * Experience in Microsoft 365 environments. * Experience with technical support/helpdesk teams. * Experience in cybersecurity to participate in our cybersecurity council. **What we offer:** * A strategic and high-impact role within a rapidly growing company. * The opportunity to lead a key team and transform it to overcome technological challenges. * A dynamic work environment, with a startup mindset but the stability and ambition of a large company.
