Salary To be agreed upon based on experience Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Indefinite Description For one of the most prominent sports facilities in the Garrotxa region—featuring a bar and terrace area that serves as the regular meeting point for members and visitors—we seek an experienced, customer-focused individual to lead this key club space. The food & beverage area offers meals including cold and hot dishes as well as combo plates. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: - Manage daily bar and terrace operations: opening, closing, stock control, cleaning, and maintenance. - Coordinate and supervise waitstaff and kitchen personnel. - Ensure high-quality customer service and a pleasant atmosphere. - Manage supplier orders, inventory control, and distributor relations. - Schedule staff shifts and working hours. - Propose improvements to the menu, promotions, and activities to encourage terrace usage. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safety regulations. Publication Date 02/12/2025 Requirements Qualification Training in Hospitality and Food Service Preferred - Residence in the Garrotxa region or adjacent areas - Intermediate computer skills (POS systems, spreadsheets, shift scheduling, etc.) Requirements - Minimum 2\-3 years of prior experience performing similar duties Mandatory - Prior experience managing bars or food service operations, preferably in similar environments (clubs, sports centers, leisure venues, etc.). - Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation. - Knowledge of inventory and order management. - Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
