Collaboration with qualified teams We are looking for a professional with experience in assembling and adjusting industrial machinery, able to interpret technical drawings and resolve mechanical issues. We offer a permanent contract, competitive salary, and an excellent work environment, with professional growth opportunities and immediate incorporation. **Job Responsibilities** * Assembling industrial machinery both at the factory and at customer sites. * Adjusting and assembling mechanical components such as couplings, bearings, lead screws, guides, rollers, etc. * Interpreting 2D and 3D drawings to ensure precise assembly. * Using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.) to ensure accuracy. * Aligning and adjusting machinery to guarantee optimal performance. * Resolving mechanical issues during installation or commissioning. * Collaborating with other technicians and teams to ensure efficient and high-quality assembly. * Complying with safety and quality regulations in all operations. **Requirements** * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in assembling and adjusting industrial machinery, preferably in machinery manufacturing environments. * **Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP Grado Superior)** in Industrial Mechanics. * **Skills / Knowledge:** Experience in pneumatics and hydraulics, as well as operation of overhead cranes, forklifts, and aerial work platforms will be valued. * **Personal vehicle availability.** * **Willingness to travel.** * **Driver's license:** Category B. **Additional Information** ✅ **Permanent contract with immediate start.** ✅ **Competitive salary:** Compensation based on experience and skills, with performance-based increments possible. ✅ **Professional and dynamic work environment:** A qualified and collaborative team within an innovative industrial setting. ✅ **Flexibility and stability:** An established company offering job security and adaptability to employees' needs. ✅ **Travel expenses covered:** Per diems and compensation for business trips (including overnight stays).
