You will join the technical team, leading the development and coordination of industrial building projects, ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and proper execution of each project phase. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of industrial building projects (preliminary, basic, and execution phases) * Development of technical documentation: reports, quantity take-offs, and regulatory justifications. * Definition of construction technical solutions tailored to each project. * Coordination across various project disciplines (architecture, structure, installations, and urban planning). * Supervision and review of technical and graphical documentation (BIM). * Coordination with internal departments (engineering, technical office, and site operations). * Liaison with clients, control bodies, and public administrations. * Technical support during construction phase and validation of modifications. * Ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. * Participation in the technical planning of new projects. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering (Technical or Higher). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in preparing industrial construction projects. * Experience in industrial buildings (execution-phase projects). * Knowledge of construction technical regulations and permitting procedures. * Ability to technically coordinate teams and disciplines. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Cype, and BIM environments (Revit). * Knowledge of BIM environments (Revit). * Analytical, solution-oriented profile with strong teamwork skills. * French language skills are an asset.
