Market-leading company with 20 years of experience and high annual growth We are seeking architects to review and verify construction projects (new builds and residential). **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architect qualification. * Minimum experience: At least 3 years * Experience in new builds, residential renovations, commercial premises, and building rehabilitation * Knowledge of regulations (Spanish Technical Building Code – CTE, Accessibility Code, municipal ordinances according to location, etc.) We are seeking architects to review and verify basic construction projects. Three years’ experience is required in drafting and processing construction projects, including new builds, residential renovations, commercial premises, and building rehabilitation. Experience in basic or execution projects in Barcelona and knowledge of applicable regulations (ORPIMO, OMPCI, CTE, etc.) are desirable. Basic/advanced fire safety installation certification issued by ISPC is also desirable.
