Job stability in a dynamic and committed environment **Job Mission:** Promote the socio-labor development and integration of individuals with support needs, based on each person's life plan and professional project, ensuring a comprehensive, personalized, and network-coordinated integration process. **Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Design, coordinate, and comprehensively monitor each individual's integration pathway—from initial selection and diagnosis through competency development, continuous accompaniment, and necessary internal and external coordination. * Conduct labor market prospecting and intermediation by establishing trust-based relationships with companies and local stakeholders to identify suitable job opportunities, and accompany them in becoming inclusive environments—guiding managers and identifying possible accommodations. * Contribute to individuals' competency development by providing knowledge about competencies, proposing and jointly agreeing upon development actions, and coordinating and implementing activities outlined in the service's Competency Development Plan. * Manage case files in compliance with current regulations and the specific programs of each project. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in the social field. * Minimum three years of experience in a similar position. **What We Offer:** Job stability in a dynamic work environment committed to social inclusion, professional training opportunities, and career growth.
