REQ ID 96898 POSTED Jun 29, 2026 FUNCTION Manufacturing & Logistics LOCATION Granollers, B, ES, 08400 Electromechanic – Packaging Line Luxury Fragrances – COTY Granollers, Spain Rotating Morning-Afternoon-Night Shifts. Availability to work fourth and fifth shifts according to production needs. As a Maintenance Technician in the Fragrance area, reporting to the Corrective Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring line availability through agile, structured, and root-cause-oriented interventions within a highly demanding production environment. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, FACILITATE, INNOVATE! As an Electromechanic for the packaging line, you will play a key role in: Ensuring maximum packaging line availability by responding rapidly and effectively to breakdowns, minimizing impact on production. Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents on automated equipment, working on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Conducting structured failure analysis using BDA methodology to ensure root cause identification and prevent recurrence. Ensuring proper closure of incidents, avoiding prolonged open issues and guaranteeing definitive solutions. Executing and collaborating on format changeovers, ensuring compliance with standards (DET, Setting Cards) and reducing adjustment time. Rigorously recording all interventions in plant systems (POS, GIM, BDA, C/O), ensuring traceability and data quality. Autonomously managing spare parts required for interventions, coordinating with the workshop. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety conditions both on the line and in the workshop. Actively participating in Line DDS meetings, contributing technical insights, incident follow-up, and improvement proposals. Aligning with departmental objectives regarding reduction of recurring failures, improvement of MTTR, and equipment reliability. Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance within high-speed automated environments. **Solid knowledge of:** Industrial electricity (interpretation of schematics). Mechanics applied to packaging machinery. Pneumatics. Structured fault diagnosis capability (not merely reactive corrective action). Experience using maintenance management systems and incident logging tools. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience with packaging lines (filling, labeling, cartoning, light robotics).
