RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø Execute contractual actions in the personnel management system for employees at the operational center (hiring, reintegration, termination, extensions, termination/rehiring, data changes, organizational changes, etc.). Ø Verify the correct execution of actions performed in the system. Ø Input and monitor monthly payroll supplements, including control of judicial withholdings. Ø Process and manage employee profile updates: family members and dependents, functional diversity, bank accounts, addresses (supported by appropriate documentation). Ø Record and monitor absences (along with supporting documentation). Ø Respond to external parties related to the business unit regarding information requests or other requirements (associations, master’s programs, ETTS...). Ø Provide personalized support to HoDs or employees (concerns, inquiries, delivery of recommendation letters, references, coaching, company information, etc.). Ø Respond to and provide feedback to colleagues from other hotels regarding former employees. Ø Update notice boards with the most relevant internal and external topics in the area. Ø During site visits, conduct inspections of staff areas using a checklist to be submitted to the HR Manager and DO/HM, and follow up on improvements and propose action plans. Ø Collaborate and participate in investigations of labor conflicts among employees as per local legislation. Ø Support proper oversight of employee housing space allocation, inventories, and quality standards. Enforce internal rules regarding coexistence, safety, and health with employees. Follow up with relevant departments to prioritize proper maintenance and cleaning of facilities to ensure an adequate employee experience. Deliver risk-related documentation and measures to new employees, along with proper registration and archiving. Ø Coordinate all prevention training programs with external providers, as well as their registration and recordkeeping. Ø Ensure accident investigations are conducted and follow up on corrective actions.
