**Job Description:** * The candidate will be part of the Front Office team at Camiral, A Quinta do Lago Resort. **b. Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support the night receptionist. * Attend to room service requests or any special guest requests. * Welcome our guests in a warm and pleasant manner. * Manage luggage handling (loading/unloading) and assist guests with any requests they may have. * Conduct inspection rounds in common areas and guest rooms to ensure everything is in order. * Proactively and professionally resolve any incidents or needs that arise. **c. Requirements:** * Passionate, motivated individual with a pleasant demeanor and highly organized to ensure guest requests are handled promptly. * Must have a professional appearance and excellent communication skills. * Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate smoothly with various involved departments. * Educational background: Completed higher vocational training in Hospitality and Tourism (desirable). * Work experience: 2 years, preferably in 5-star hotel positions. * Languages: Spanish and intermediate-to-advanced English. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required to access the resort. * Availability to work on public holidays. **d.
