




Job Summary: We are seeking a hotel receptionist to provide nighttime customer service, efficiently managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and documentation, as well as other duties of the position. Full-time work in rotating shifts We require a hotel receptionist for the Calella area. The position requires nighttime customer service, with efficient handling of guest arrival and departure procedures. Main responsibilities include document management related to guest stays, as well as performing other tasks inherent to the position. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Sunday in rotating shifts. Working hours will fall between 07:00 and 23:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Experience in hospitality front-desk duties. * We seek a responsible and courteous individual. * Service-oriented attitude. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Good conversational English and French. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. * Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. \- High or very high level of English and French. \- Additional languages are an asset. * Completed high school diploma or equivalent.
