Job Summary: We are seeking an automotive technician to repair and replace vehicle glass, following technical and safety procedures, and providing professional customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Recognition of manual skills and customer service abilities. We are looking for a person to work in an automotive workshop in Figueres, Girona. The position involves repairing, replacing, and recalibrating vehicle glass in accordance with established technical, quality, and safety procedures. A six-month temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract, and full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, plus rotating Saturdays according to the center's schedule. Main responsibilities include performing glass repairs and replacements, using appropriate tools and technical equipment, maintaining order and safety in the workshop, and communicating clearly and professionally with customers while identifying additional needs. Prior experience in windshield installation is not required, as the company provides comprehensive initial training. Manual dexterity for assembly or repair tasks, minimum education level of EGB or ESO, and a valid driver's license are required. Technical training in automotive, mechanics, or bodywork and painting, as well as prior customer service experience, will be valued.
