Job Summary: We are seeking a packaging machine operator for a food company, with team leadership responsibilities and machinery maintenance experience, in a frozen fish and seafood production environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain packaging machines in a food company 2. Lead a team of two people and collaborate to ensure efficient workflow 3. Perform quality controls and basic preventive maintenance Personnel are required to operate a packaging machine at a frozen fish and seafood food company located in Argelaguer (Olot). Tasks include operating and maintaining the machine, configuring it according to product specifications, performing quality controls during packaging, and collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow. The role also involves supervising a team of two people, reporting incidents, performing basic preventive maintenance, and managing materials to minimize waste. Previous experience with industrial machinery is required, preferably packaging or filling machines, as well as leadership experience with small teams in production environments. Shifts are fixed morning and afternoon shifts, with availability for both. Salary: €9.70 gross per hour.
