Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial draftsman to optimize metalworking manufacturing processes, program press brakes, and coordinate with the workshop—thereby improving quality and developing the bending section. Long-term project with integration into the permanent staff. An industrial draftsman position is offered in Centelles, focused on drafting and programming manufacturing processes in the metal sector. The role involves transforming technical drawings and production requirements into efficient bending processes, acting as a liaison between the technical office and the workshop. The objective is to improve manufacturing quality and coordinate activities to develop the press brake section in the short and medium term. Daily tasks include programming press brakes, preparing sheet metal developments for production, and handling technical drawings using AutoCAD and industrial 3D design tools. Close coordination with the workshop is essential to optimize processes and resolve technical issues. This environment allows you to see how designs and programming are turned into tangible products, directly contributing to real industrial projects. The work environment is technical, stable, and part of a long-term project. The initial engagement is temporary, followed by integration into the permanent staff. Working hours are structured according to production needs. No specific academic qualification is required; however, practical skills and experience in industrial programming and design are valued. Experience in press brake programming and knowledge of press brake machinery operation are required to add value and optimize production processes. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and working with sheet metal is necessary to ensure precision, quality, and manufacturability. Mastery of AutoCAD software and industrial 3D design tools is essential to enable autonomy and efficient coordination with production. Correct communication in Catalan and Spanish is required to facilitate internal coordination and cross-departmental collaboration. No specific academic qualification is required for this position.
