Administrative support and logistical coordination We are seeking versatile administrative/IVA staff with accounting knowledge to fill a full-time position at a public entity. Key responsibilities include: \- Receiving, reviewing, and processing supplier invoices \- Accounting for invoices \- Issuing and tracking payment remittances and transfers \- Accounting for bank transactions \- Administrative support tasks \- Coordination with logistics \- Preparing documentation for administrative files, minor contracts, or routine purchases \- Monitoring administrative files and deadline control \- Maintaining up-to-date physical and digital files * Experience: 2 years. Minimum two years’ experience. Experience in similar roles within public entities and/or public accounting is highly valued. * University degree \- Business Administration and Management\- Business Sciences * Diploma or Technical Engineering \- Business Administration and Management\- Business Sciences * Higher Vocational Training (FP) qualification \- Administration * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Additional relevant information: Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
