We are looking for a candidate to manage the following tasks: - End-to-end management of personnel recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding follow-up). - Payroll preparation and management, including coordination with labor consultancy services. - Monitoring and tracking absences, medical leaves, vacations, and permits. - Contract administration: Social Security registrations and cancellations. - Support for general administrative management and database updates. - Participation in improving internal departmental processes. - Providing labor-related assistance and advisory services to employees. Requirements: - Prior experience in similar roles. - Education in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields. - Solid knowledge of labor legislation and payroll management. - Organized, solution-oriented individual with high confidentiality standards and strong communication skills. - Prior experience in the meat industry or industrial/food environments is advantageous.
