Job Summary: General maintenance professional responsible for performing basic repairs and providing multi-technical support in official premises, managing tasks via a mobile application. Use of company vehicle for itinerant travel. We are seeking a professional to perform general maintenance tasks across various official premises in the province of Girona. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and involves itinerant work within an assigned area. Travel is conducted using a company vehicle, following a weekly schedule. Tasks include minor repairs, basic electrical work, and multi-technical support. Simple corrective incidents are resolved, prioritizing efficiency and safety. Work orders are managed via a mobile application, where tasks are received and updated digitally. Coordination with the central technical team is essential for reporting incidents, requesting materials, and optimizing routes. The working environment provides continuous technical support, with varied tasks across different facilities. Adaptability, personal organization, and a practical, solution-oriented profile are required to address common malfunctions in public or administrative facilities. Prior experience in general maintenance or a multi-technical background is required. Basic knowledge of electricity, maintenance, or installations is expected. Basic proficiency with computer tools and mobile applications is required. A valid driver’s license is mandatory. Availability for travel within the province is required. Organizational ability and capacity for autonomous work are essential. Technical training is valued but not mandatory.
