From El Racó de Cardedeu, we are currently seeking a Geriatric Care Assistant for the morning shift at our senior residence. The selected candidate will be responsible for attending to and caring for residents in their basic activities of daily living, including assistance with hygiene, mobilization, postural changes, and accompaniment. Additionally, the candidate will administer medication and meals according to prescribed guidelines, provide support to diabetic residents, and collaborate on daily center tasks such as laundry management and transporting residents to various areas within the residence. Requirements: * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Nursing Assistant or equivalent. * Own vehicle and residence in the local area. * Prior experience performing similar duties. * Social skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team. We offer: * Stable employment contract. * Full-time schedule. * Immediate incorporation. * Salary according to collective agreement. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, plus alternate weekends on a 12-hour shift (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), with scheduled breaks.
