**We are looking for a Construction Site Manager – Concrete Prefabricated Structures** Nexia Talent is collaborating with an established industrial company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of concrete prefabricated structures to recruit a Construction Site Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. **Key responsibilities:** * Planning and monitoring of assigned construction projects. * Coordination of assembly, industrial, and subcontractor teams. * Supervision of receipt, unloading, and assembly of prefabricated elements. * Coordination with technical office, production, logistics, and transportation departments. * Economic control of the project, quantity surveying, certifications, and cost deviations. * Resolution of technical and operational issues. * Liaison with clients, contractors, and technical supervisors. * Quality monitoring, documentation, and occupational risk prevention. * Participation in site meetings and preparation of progress reports. * Monitoring of work progress against the established schedule. **What we are looking for:** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. * Prior experience as a Construction Site Manager, Production Manager, or in a similar role. * Experience in industrial construction, structural works, building construction, civil engineering, or assembly projects. * Ability to coordinate teams, industrial personnel, and various project stakeholders. * Knowledge of planning, cost control, quantity surveying, and certifications. * Problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. * Willingness to travel to various construction sites. * Valid driver’s license. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with concrete prefabricated structures. * Experience with reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, or industrial assembly. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, TCQ, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. * Knowledge of French or English. **What the company offers:** * A stable position within an established industrial company. * Involvement in industrial and logistics projects of varying scales. * A role with autonomy and responsibility over assigned projects. * Direct coordination with the company’s technical, production, and logistics departments. * Company vehicle and necessary tools for performing the role. * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. * Opportunities for career development within a growing company.
