Coordinating with physicians and supporting families At the Sant Josep Residence in Granollers, we are looking for a Nurse eager to accompany and promote well-being in residents' daily lives. Main responsibilities include monitoring chronic/acute health conditions, administering medication, supervising auxiliary staff, coordinating with physicians, and supporting families. * Minimum 6 months of experience. Prior experience in geriatrics or caring for dependent individuals is preferred. * Diploma or Technical Engineering Degree in Nursing * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Spanish (Advanced spoken, Advanced written) * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1705' to '2000'
