At Rosa dels Vents, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to care for and nurture our summer camp located in Llafranc. We seek an autonomous individual who enjoys outdoor work and wishes to play a key role in enabling thousands of children and young people to experience safe and fully prepared summer camps. What will your responsibilities be? You will be responsible for ensuring the facility operates like clockwork—both indoors and across its vast outdoor spaces: * General Maintenance: Repair and preventive/corrective maintenance of building systems (plumbing, basic electricity, painting, carpentry, etc.). * Outdoor Care: Active maintenance of gardens and flowerbeds, and preparation of sports facilities to ensure they always look perfect. * Machinery Readiness: Maintenance, periodic inspection, and minor repairs of center machinery. * Supply Monitoring: Supervision of energy levels (gas, diesel, butane) to guarantee uninterrupted 100% operation of the center. What profile are we seeking? * All-round experience: You have worked in versatile maintenance of residential buildings, hotels, campsites, retirement homes, or summer camps. * Autonomy and proactivity: You can organize your daily tasks independently, identify issues before they become problems, and resolve them efficiently. * Trades skills: You have strong practical abilities and solid knowledge in plumbing, basic electricity, and swimming pool maintenance. * Logistics: You are available to travel to the summer camp facility.
