Position Summary: We are seeking a vocation-driven Physiotherapist to maintain, improve, and restore mobility and autonomy of elderly residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement personalized physiotherapy treatments 2. Collaborate closely with the medical team, nursing staff, and occupational therapy 3. Advise and train auxiliary staff on safe patient mobilization At Floridadorada, we seek to incorporate a Physiotherapist with a vocation for caring for elderly people into our multidisciplinary team. Your primary objective will be to maintain, improve, or restore the mobility and autonomy of our residents, promoting their well-being and optimizing their quality of life. \- Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and scheduled follow-ups of residents' functional capabilities \- Design and implement personalized physiotherapy treatments (kinesiotherapy, psychomotor therapy, manual therapy, etc.) \- Plan and lead group exercise sessions and adapted physical maintenance activities \- Collaborate closely with the medical, nursing, and occupational therapy teams for monitoring individualized care plans (ICPs) \- Advise and train auxiliary staff on safe mobilization techniques and transfers. \- Record progress and treatments in the center's management platform. * Experience: 1 month. \- No prior experience required * PHYSIOTHERAPIST * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (25 hours \- weekly workload)
