Temporary position with possibility of continuity until 05/08/2026 Job Description A major, well-established multinational leader in its sector, located in the Vic area, is seeking to hire warehouse staff for the afternoon shift. This is a company dedicated to manufacturing industrial washing machines and dryers, internationally recognized for its high technological content, commitment to innovation, and, above all, a people-centered management model. ➡️ Your responsibilities: * Order preparation (picking) using radiofrequency and digitalized systems. * Agile supply of production lines to ensure continuous manufacturing flow. * Loading and unloading of goods, and receipt of supplier deliveries. * Placement of materials on shelves using forklifts (counterbalanced/telescopic) or electric pallet jacks. * Inventory control and maintenance of order and safety in the workplace. ➡️ What we offer: * Highly competitive remuneration: Annual gross salary between $27\.000$ € and $28\.000$ €. * Intensive afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00. * Future-oriented project: Initial temporary employment through an external agency, with strong prospects for direct incorporation into the company’s permanent workforce. * Premium work environment: Join a healthy, dynamic team with an excellent working atmosphere, plus access to internal services such as a company cafeteria. Requirements * Qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM / CFGS) * Mandatory: \- Proven experience as a warehouse assistant, forklift operator, or logistics operator for at least 2 years in industrial or high-volume environments. + Valid forklift operator license and demonstrable proficiency operating forklifts (experience with telescopic forklifts is especially valued). + Residence in the Osona region or nearby areas, with a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to commute to the workplace. + Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously.
