




Position Summary: End-to-end management of preventive and corrective maintenance for hypermarket facilities, expense control, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper operation and documentation of facilities 2. Manage expenses and specialized maintenance suppliers 3. Leadership, teamwork, and attention to detail Your main responsibilities will be: * Ensure proper operation of hypermarket facilities by managing preventive and corrective maintenance of the store (CMMS). * Ensure documentation of facilities and machinery. * Guarantee control of general expenses (electricity, water, etc.) as well as management of maintenance service providers (industrial refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection systems, etc.). * Prepare reports and hold meetings with store management to analyze budget variances, present the annual investment plan, and track assets. * Manage the maintenance staff assigned to the stores (schedules, vacations, task assignments, etc.).
