Candidates must meet certain requirements: hold a disability certificate of at least 33%, possess a Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Electricity, Mechatronics, or a related field, hold a valid Class "B" driver's license, and have a minimum of 60 months of work experience. An indefinite-term employment contract and full-time working schedule are offered. Working hours will be organized via rotating shifts, adapted to production needs.
