As a manager’s support colleague, you will: * Guide customers: ensuring proper customer orientation and service by the team. * Support achievement of sales targets by identifying and optimizing sales opportunities. Ensure monitoring and analysis of KPIs, providing continuous feedback to your Store Manager. * Support Marketing and Visual Merchandising activities. * People and Team: overseeing team training, motivation, and performance follow\-up. * Ensure daily sales floor priorities are implemented.
