Job Description Web Designer (WordPress \+ Elementor \+ JS \+ SEO \+ Optimization) At Creactitud, we are looking for a Web Designer with strong visual judgment and the genuine ability to create creative and high-quality designs **without relying on pre-built templates**. We seek someone who combines solid design skills with careful technical implementation in WordPress/Elementor, knows how to enhance functionality and effects using JavaScript, and possesses practical knowledge of SEO and web optimization. **Responsibilities** ---------- **What You’ll Do** * Design modern, creative, and conversion-oriented websites. * Build websites in WordPress using Elementor Pro while maintaining brand consistency and high visual standards. * Create interactions, micro-animations, and UX enhancements using JavaScript. * Adjust and refine CSS/HTML when required by the design. * Apply best practices for **on-page SEO**, including content structure and hierarchy. * Optimize performance and loading quality in real-world projects. **Requirements** -------------- **Ideal Candidate Profile** * High-level design skills: composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail. * Demonstrable experience building custom websites (not template-based assembly). * Proficiency in WordPress \+ Elementor. * Solid command of HTML/CSS. * Basic-to-intermediate JavaScript skills to complement frontend development. * Practical SEO knowledge (site structure, content, internal linking, basic meta tags). * **Web optimization expertise**: * Best practices aligned with **Core Web Vitals**. * Image, font, CSS, and JavaScript optimization. * Judgment to reduce page weight, improve loading speed, and maintain visual quality. * Experience with WooCommerce. **Bonus Skills** * GSAP or other animation libraries. * Experience with performance tools (PageSpeed, Lighthouse, etc.). **What We Offer** * Projects offering genuine space for creative and distinctive design. * A small, agile, and highly quality-focused team. * Work mode: On-site in Mataró. * Contract type: Permanent. **Important Notes** * **All listed skills will be assessed in person and must be demonstrable.** * We seek candidates who truly execute what they claim to master. **How to Apply (Screening Step):** \=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\= **IMPORTANT: To be considered for this position, you must complete this form:** https://cv.creactitud .com \=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=
