Ametller Origen is a company in full expansion phase where you will have the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and collaborate closely with the team. **What will be your mission at Ametller Origen?** Ensure coordination and operation of the section to guarantee supply, commercial implementation, customer and team satisfaction, as well as achievement of objectives. **How will you do it?** * You will be a role model for your team: You will support and monitor your team to ensure their training and growth. * You will collaborate on supply management and guarantee the product flow through to sale. * You will implement commercial actions for your section to ensure objective achievement. * You will support your manager in planning, team management, indicator monitoring, and resolution of store incidents and needs. **What will make you succeed?** * Be enthusiastic, motivating, and communicative, thereby inspiring your team, bringing out the best in each person, and positioning yourself as a leader. * Prior experience managing teams. * Your operational experience and vision in managing a section. * Analytical ability and global perspective to ensure commercial actions, resolve conflicts, and identify priorities at any given moment. **What will the selection process be like?** In the first stage, you will have an interview with a recruitment specialist, during which we will explain the project, responsibilities, and conditions we can offer you. In the second stage, you will have an interview with the regional manager and/or regional head to assess your technical expertise.
