To learn more about working at Lidl, visit our careers website: https://empleo.lidl.es/ **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * Lead the store team: conduct staff selection, hiring, training, and team development under the supervision and collaboration of the Sales Manager. * Manage the store, ensuring adherence to company-defined standards and compliance with in-store procedures. * Ensure product availability in-store and accurate accounting of shrinkage. * Guarantee optimized store operations. * Prepare and conduct cost meetings together with the Sales Manager. * Annually and monthly plan store sales and productivity. **Are you the person we’re looking for?** ------------------------------------- * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) or equivalent. * Minimum one year’s prior experience in team management. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * People- and collaborator-oriented, flexible, and committed to teamwork. * Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * A full-time employment contract. * We provide a six-month theoretical-practical training program tailored to your role, enabling you to successfully meet every challenge.
