Job Summary: Hotel Blaumar and Blaucel are seeking an experienced Reservation Agent with a background in hotel operations and customer service to coordinate reservations and commercial processes. Multichannel customer service and reservation evaluation. **Hotel Blaumar and Blaucel** in Blanes is looking to hire: **Reservation Agent** *Education:* *- Higher Vocational Training Degree – Tourism and Hospitality* *Minimum Experience:* \- At least 2 years / 3 years *Required Languages:* \- Spanish – native \- French – advanced level \- English – advanced level *Minimum Requirements:* \- Prior experience in a reservations department or similar role. \- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and experience with hotel management systems. \- Management of reservations across multiple channels (automation and verification), including direct bookings, OTAs, tour operators, and travel agencies. \- Customer service via telephone / email / WhatsApp. \- Reservation evaluation, quotation preparation, and rate verification. \- Agency billing management. \- Coordination with other departments. \- Administrative tasks associated with the position. \- Commercial process support and maximization of sales opportunities. *Conditions:* \- Immediate start \- Salary to be agreed upon \- Fixed-term discontinuous contract (approx. 9 months) \- Residence in Blanes or in the following towns: Lloret de Mar, Malgrat de Mar, Pineda de Mar, Calella, Tordera, or Palafolls.
