DESCRIPTION **THE NEED** Our client, a labor advisory firm with over 50 years of history, located in the city of Girona, needs to hire a Junior Technician tasked with participating in the full payroll cycle for a client portfolio, providing support to labor advisors. The candidate will have a career development path to become a Labor Advisor in the near future. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Participate in the monthly preparation of payrolls** for a client portfolio, reviewing incidents, variable components, absences, leaves, permits, overtime hours, and other salary-related items. * **Support labor administrative management**, including employee onboarding and offboarding, working hour adjustments, contractual changes, and other communications with Social Security. * **Prepare and review labor documentation**, such as employment contracts, extensions, annexes, internal communications, company certificates, and other documents linked to the employee’s labor lifecycle. * **Collaborate in contribution and settlement management**, supporting processes related to Social Security, CRA, SILTRA, supplementary settlements, and basic verifications. * **Support labor advisors in analyzing and applying collective bargaining agreements**, reviewing job classifications, salary tables, allowances, working hours, and other labor conditions. * **Keep clients’ and employees’ labor information updated** within the management software, ensuring data order, traceability, and quality. * **Collaborate in regularization processes, contract terminations, and settlements**, preparing initial calculations and documentation under technical supervision. * **Progressively learn labor advisory criteria**, participating in real cases with the goal of assuming greater autonomy and evolving toward a Labor Advisor position. REQUIREMENTS: * Education in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance (CFGS), or equivalent. * Initial experience or internships in labor advisory services, management firms, labor departments, or human resources areas. * Basic knowledge of the payroll cycle, labor contracting, Social Security, and labor documentation. * Interest in professional growth within the labor advisory field and willingness to progressively assume greater technical autonomy. * Organizational skills, administrative rigor, and attention to detail in managing data, deadlines, and documentation. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, responsibility, and willingness to work collaboratively with labor advisors. * Proficiency in office software; familiarity with labor management, payroll, or Social Security software is an advantage. * Fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
