What will be your mission? You will be responsible for advising and supporting prospective students interested in our training programs, helping them identify the program best suited to their goals and guiding them through the entire enrollment process. Main Responsibilities: * Contact prospective students interested in training programs * Provide commercial and academic counseling via telephone * Manage registration and enrollment processes * Conduct commercial follow-up of leads and opportunities * Address questions regarding programs, delivery formats, and admission procedures * Record and update information in the CRM * Coordinate documentation and administrative tasks related to enrollments * Achieve commercial and enrollment targets * Deliver close, professional, and student-experience-oriented support Candidate Profile: * Experience in telephone sales, enrollments, admissions, or customer service * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile * Skills in persuasion, follow-up, and closing commercial deals * Basic/intermediate proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems * Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner * Prior experience in the education sector, training, or customer service is desirable * Residence in the Maresme area or ability to commute to Malgrat de Mar What do we offer? * On-site, part-time position * Fixed monthly salary of €700 + bonuses * Continuous training and mentoring * Excellent work environment * Real opportunities for professional growth * Immediate integration into an expanding educational project Salary: €700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
