We love innovating! For the Flacà (Girona) facility, Machine Operator Assistants are required to ensure the production process during the 2026 campaign. The selected candidate must demonstrate autonomy, responsibility, and attention to detail and quality in their work, aiming to minimize errors and comply with the company’s internal production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the notebook production process using automatic machines—from raw material loading to finished product dispatch. * Monitor and adjust configurations across all production process stages to ensure compliance with Manufacturing Orders (MOs). * Supply raw materials (paper, accessories, etc.) to all production process stages. * Coordinate with Machine Operators and the Mechanical Team in case of any breakdown or production interruption. **Conditions:** * Temporary contract for the 2026 campaign. * Shift schedules: rotating morning + afternoon + night shifts. * Private parking available at the company premises. * Opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic environment and a multinational company. * Availability to work rotating shifts: morning + afternoon + night * Availability to work Saturdays on an occasional basis * Experience: as a Production Operator in manufacturing environments.
