Are you passionate about the hospitality and food service industry? At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are looking for a **Waiter/Waitress** for our **Montanyà Hotel**, located in **Seva (Barcelona)**.
️ **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?**
* Prepare work areas for service.
* Directly serve customers food and beverages.
* Prepare simple dishes or meals for consumption.
* Transport utensils and equipment required for service.
* Monitor and inspect goods and usage targets of the selection.
* Collaborate with the restaurant/bar manager in planning and executing special events.
* Coordinate and supervise duties specific to the area.
* Inform and advise customers on the composition and preparation of available products.
* Handle customer complaints.
* Issue invoices and collect payments from customers.
* Ensure maintenance of the chain’s image and values in all activities carried out.
**What do we expect from you?**
* Compulsory education or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of experience serving customers in restaurants, bars, or food and beverage services (preferably within hotels).
* Food Handling Certification and APPCC, in-person PRL training, and training in allergen management and food safety.
* English level A2 (other languages such as French or German are valued).
* Vocation for service, attention to detail, resilience, and planning and organizational skills.
