UKULELE INTRODUCTION WORKSHOP FACILITATOR – FIGUERES

At Nascor Formació, a consultancy specialized in training, sociocultural, and professional selection projects, we believe in the power of learning to connect people, awaken curiosity, and generate enriching experiences within the community. Currently, we are seeking a workshop facilitator to lead the "Introduction to Ukulele" workshop at one of the civic centers in the municipality of Figueres. If you enjoy teaching, inspiring, and fostering interest in music within a relaxed and welcoming environment, we would love to meet you. Deliver the ukulele introduction workshop for individuals aged 16 and older. Plan and conduct sessions dynamically and adapt them to the group’s skill level. Introduce basic instrument concepts: tuning, chords, rhythm, and performance. Encourage participation, creativity, and enjoyment of musical learning. Track attendance and report any incidents to the coordination team. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience delivering workshops, classes, or training activities with young people and adults. * COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION DIPLOMA * Competencies / knowledge: Formal training and/or verifiable experience in music, especially in playing the ukulele. Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate group activities. A responsible, proactive individual with an educational vocation. We seek someone passionate about music, eager to share knowledge, and capable of creating a close-knit, participatory, and motivating space for adults wishing to discover this instrument. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time afternoon schedule (2 hours per week) * Additional relevant information: Location: Bon Pastor Civic Center (Figueres) Schedule: October 20 – November 24 (6 sessions); February 2 – March 9 (6 sessions) Timetable: Thursdays, 6:30 PM – 9:15 PM Remuneration: €15 gross/hour
