On this occasion, we are seeking a certified Fire Protection Technician to join a leading industrial sector company located in the Selva region. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and conducting periodic verification of fire protection equipment and systems (e.g., fire extinguishers, automatic systems, fire hydrants, detection systems, etc.). You will carry out installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems. You will verify equipment functionality and confirm final compliance of installations. You will diagnose malfunctions and manage necessary repairs. You will apply technical procedures and ensure compliance with fire protection regulations (PCI) and occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). You will maintain order, safety, and proper condition of tools, materials, and the assigned vehicle. You will record all interventions and complete required technical documentation. You will collaborate with the team to resolve incidents and propose improvements to systems and procedures. You will report any incidents or accidents and act under supervision if lacking required certifications. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electricity, Electronics, Maintenance, or related field. Official certification as Fire Protection Systems Maintenance Technician (per Royal Decree 513/2017). Minimum 2 years’ experience in installation and maintenance of fire protection systems (PCI) or similar within an industrial environment. Up-to-date knowledge of current industrial fire protection regulations (RIPCI, CTE, etc.). PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) training is valued; possession of an accredited welder’s certificate and additional PCI system certifications are also advantageous. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics, and to draft intervention reports. Strong communication skills, professional conduct, and commitment to safety. Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented attitude focused on continuous improvement.
