




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the social care area, responsible for designing and evaluating activities, coordinating nursing assistants, and promoting interpersonal interaction. Key Highlights: 1. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with a person-centered vision. 2. Projects that implement Patient Experience as added value. 3. Temporary incorporation for coverage of one and a half months, full-time schedule. **Workplace** The selected candidate will join the social care area to cover temporary replacements. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, plan, adapt, and evaluate various activities conducted in: Day Hospital, UME (Emergency Medical Unit), and residential facility. * Coordinate, provide work guidelines to, and monitor nursing assistants carrying out animation and stimulation tasks. * Ensure interpersonal interaction among service users and with their environment, respecting relational customs and cultural diversity of those served. * Involve families and reference persons (friends, neighbors, etc.) in the center’s dynamics and in the home setting. * Know and establish relationships with local entities, associations, schools, leisure organizations, groups, and other residential facilities within the municipality or region. **Professional Competencies** * Patient orientation * Communication skills * Teamwork ability * Proactivity **Offered** * Temporary incorporation for approximately one and a half months. * Full-time schedule. * You will work in a multidisciplinary team with a person-centered vision, embedded in projects that implement Patient Experience as added value for the institution. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in a similar role. * Availability for immediate incorporation
