CONDITIONS Contract and conditions: Replacement during leave of absence. Duration: **6 months with possibility of continuity**. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Schedule to be agreed upon. Position: Intermediate-Level Technician. Compensation: €1,921.34 according to the salary tables of the Collective Agreement for Workshops for People with Intellectual Disabilities in Catalonia (79000805011995\). Location: Carrer Galícia 191, Mataró. Start date: September 2026 JOB DESCRIPTION A professional responsible for bridging the Foundation’s projects with businesses through labor integration of people with intellectual disabilities. FUNCTIONS 1\. Promote our organization’s mission and services offered. 2\. Identify, attract, and retain local companies by fostering business contact through needs assessment and offering customized solutions. 3\. Expand the network of companies and/or entities in the Maresme region. 4\. Establish alliances and carry out corporate awareness initiatives within the region. 5\. Documented follow-up of the program. 6\. Coordinate with various internal teams related to business engagement. REQUIRED PROFILE EDUCATION: \- Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) or University Degree in commerce and marketing. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: o Knowledge of the social sector. o Complementary training related to the professional profile. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: o Experience in business and/or social outreach. o Familiarity with the organization or the social sector. o Experience in employment programs targeting vulnerable groups. o Knowledge of the Maresme business landscape. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and smartphone are mandatory.
