Summary: We are seeking a Social Integrator to provide individual and group support, educational accompaniment, and family support for children at risk. Highlights: 1. Reduction of risk factors Nascor Formació is seeking a Social Integrator profile with training and experience in the educational field working with children at risk. This position will be carried out at the Nou Casal facility in La Llagosta. \- Provide an accommodation, coexistence, and socialization space \- Deliver individualized and group support \- Accompany children to educational centers and other resources to prevent absenteeism and foster social integration \- Compensate for deficiencies in meeting basic needs \- Guide and advise families to improve care for their children \- Promote positive parenting and family cohesion \- Reduce risk factors and strengthen personal and social resources within families * 1 year of experience. Must have prior experience as a social integrator working with children at risk or in situations of social exclusion. * Social Integrator * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Degree in Social Integration \- Minimum 2 years of experience * Permanent employment contract * Part-time afternoon schedule (18 hours \- weekly workload) * Additional relevant information: Schedule: \- Monday \-\> 3:15 PM to 7:30 PM \- Tuesday and Wednesday \-\> 2:45 PM to 7:30 PM \_Thursday \-\> 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (twice per month) \- Thursday \-\> 3:15 PM to 7:15 PM
