Vic, Osona Flexible hours (telework) Permanent 29/06/2026 Job Description We are seeking a TECHNICAL ARCHITECT to manage the company’s construction projects for an established real estate developer based in Vic, overseeing material resources and personnel involved according to current needs and assigned budgets, while ensuring service quality and client satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Direction and execution of assigned construction works Coordination of safety and approval of the Safety and Health Plan (P.S.) Quality control Management of ad-hoc certifications (CED, CEE, Segregrations, etc.) Construction scheduling Budgeting for construction works and subcontractors Coordination among architect, engineering team, and subcontractors Site visits with technical staff, subcontractors, and property owners Administrative procedures (town hall, Ministry of Housing, utilities, etc.) Subcontractor certifications – work progress status and economic control of the project TRC/Decennial insurance (OCT) Client customizations: selection of materials and finishes; tracking selected materials with subcontractors Occasional office tasks (administrative management, GP support and commercial assistance, tasks intrinsic to a real estate developer) Requirements * Qualification: Technical Architecture degree * Preferred: Knowledge and/or experience in residential construction projects * Mandatory: Prior experience in a similar position Conditions Location Vic Region Osona Number of positions 1 Category Site Manager / Project Manager Department Technical Working hours Flexible hours (telework) Salary Negotiable depending on profile Contract type Permanent Contract duration Indefinite Publication date 29/06/2026 Sector Human Resources CompanyINTAC VIC, S.L.
