Job Summary: We are seeking a waiter/waitress assistant to support table and bar service, take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain order and cleanliness, collaborating with the team. We offer a waiter/waitress assistant position at a restaurant located in the Mataró Parc shopping center. Responsibilities include supporting table and bar service, taking orders, serving beverages and dishes, and setting up or clearing tables before, during, and after service. The role also involves maintaining order and cleanliness in the dining area, as well as attending to customers with a positive and solution-oriented attitude. The candidate will collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, on split shifts with working hours between 13:00 and 00:30, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under high-pressure, busy conditions. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays. * We seek a punctual, proactive, and dynamic individual. * Living close to the workplace is an advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. * Compulsory Secondary Education. \- Hospitality or Catering training is an advantage.
