




We are looking for an industrial automation and robotics technician intern. The idea is to start with an internship agreement, with the possibility of subsequent full-time employment. The main activities will include: **Assembly of electrical and pneumatic control panels** * Preparation of components according to schematics. * Installation of electrical and pneumatic devices: PLCs, relays, valves, power supplies, etc. * Conduit routing, wiring, and labeling. **Interpretation of drawings and schematics** * Reading and understanding of electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Support in following assembly procedures based on technical documentation. **Wiring and connections** * Power, signal, and industrial communication connections (Profinet). * Connection of sensors, actuators, valves, beacons, etc. **Mechanical pre-assembly at our facilities** * Assistance in mechanical pre-assembly: routing pipes through robots, fixing supports, assembling parts according to drawings. * Support in integrating electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. **Testing and verification** * Support in electrical and pneumatic checks. * Measurements using multimeter and circuit verification. * Assistance in safety and operational testing. **Support in installation and maintenance** * On-site site visits (when necessary). * Basic support during commissioning or inspections. **Training in robot programming** \* Personnel will receive training in basic concepts of programming and operation of industrial robots. **Maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment** · Inspection and cleaning of equipment that forms part of a robotic painting system, such as: o Diaphragm pumps. o Paint spray guns and spraying systems. o Automatic head cleaners. o Auxiliary dosing or agitation equipment. **Complementary tasks (when no active assemblies are ongoing)** * Warehouse organization and maintenance: classification, labeling, and storage of materials. * Component inventory: counting, stock review, order preparation. * Tool inspection and maintenance. * Cleaning and maintenance of the work area. * Preparation of assembly kits for projects. **Skills to be developed** * Technical interpretation of electrical and pneumatic schematics. * Practical knowledge of painting components and equipment. * Basic mechanical assembly knowledge. * Basic understanding of industrial robot programming. * Teamwork and adherence to technical instructions. * Organization, neatness, and responsibility in industrial environments. * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. **Skills to be developed** * Technical interpretation of electrical and pneumatic schematics. * Practical knowledge of painting components and equipment. * Basic mechanical assembly knowledge. * Basic understanding of industrial robot programming. * Teamwork and adherence to technical instructions. * Organization, neatness, and responsibility in industrial environments. * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
