Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant with experience in pizza preparation, responsible for stretching dough, adding ingredients, baking pizzas, preparing sauces, and maintaining cleanliness. Proactive, dynamic and organized work environment We are looking for a kitchen assistant with specific experience in pizza preparation to join our team in Mataró. Job responsibilities include hand-stretching dough, adding required ingredients according to each order, and baking pizzas. The candidate will also prepare fresh sauces, as well as cut and prepare various ingredients used in the kitchen. General facility maintenance and cleaning of the work area will also be part of the regular duties, along with other tasks typical of a kitchen assistant. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, from Monday to Sunday. The shift is split, running from 12:30 PM to 2:40 AM, including mandatory rest periods established by law. * Prior experience as a pizza maker. * We seek a proactive, dynamic and organized individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
