Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class butcher for customer service, product preparation, shop cleaning and maintenance, with experience and proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and preparation of butcher/charcuterie products 2. Hamburger and notebook preparation, and customer advisory services 3. Maintenance of hygiene, food safety, and cleaning of machinery A butcher, preferably first-class. Permanent contract. Municipality of workplace: Argentona. Gross monthly remuneration: €1,487 and 12 payments per year. Full-time schedule with two weekly days off. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00; Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 14:00. One Sunday per month is worked, and the following weekend is fully off. Requirements: spoken and written Catalan and Spanish (intermediate level), minimum 12 months’ experience, and availability to rotate rest days. Customer service and in-shop preparation tasks: \- Prepare hamburgers and notebooks. \- Cut products and advise customers on meats, sausages, and prepared foods; recommend products and provide information on ingredients or cooking methods. \- Cut meats, sausages, and cheeses using a slicer or knife, weigh and package them on trays. Serve and package prepared foods (croquettes, roasted chicken, cannelloni, etc.). \- Weigh items, label them with price and weight, and handle cash register duties in some cases. \- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards. Clean machinery (slicers, knives, etc.). \- Keep the workplace clean and organized.
