If you’re looking for your next challenge, this is your opportunity: **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain and update schedules using Smartsheet and/or Primavera P6, aligned with customer planning standards and applicable program type processes * Initiate and update schedule baseline, including baseline and re-baseline logs, with traceability to approved changes * Clear and up-to-date schedule narratives describing project logic, assumptions, constraints, key milestones, critical path, risks and approved changes. * Control schedule performance across supported projects. * Schedule health check results, critical path analysis and identify inconsistencies or conflicts, including recommended corrective actions. * Periodic project and portfolio reports, including S-curves and performance indicators based on Lean Last Planner System and Earned Schedule Management methodologies. * Training content, reference materials, guidelines, examples, lessons learned and documentation used to support customer Planning Framework and scheduling standards, tools, best practices. * Standardized Smartsheet and Primavera P6 scheduling templates, defined activity, calendar and resource coding standards and a fully configured workspace with required structures. * Conduct schedule review and progress assessments with Project Managers. Extensive experience using Primavera P6 * Coordination and leadership skills * Experience in international environments * High English level * It is good to have: * Wind industry experience * Knowledge of the Lean Last Planner System * Proficiency in Smartsheet * Experience in multicultural environments
