Job Summary: We are seeking a sales assistant for the food sector in La Selva, responsible for customer service, product restocking, maintaining order and cleanliness, and baking pastries. Responsible for baking and finishing bakery and confectionery products We are looking for a person to fill a sales assistant position in the food sector at a company located in La Selva. Your responsibilities will include providing direct customer service, ensuring customers receive friendly and efficient service. You will also be responsible for maintaining product assortment on shelves, restocking consistently so that all items remain clearly visible. It will be important to maintain order and cleanliness both in customer-facing areas and in workspaces, as well as baking and applying final touches to bakery and confectionery products. This is a part-time position, totaling 30 hours per week, scheduled from Tuesday to Sunday. The schedule is split-shift, covering time slots between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM, with legally mandated breaks respected. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar tasks. * We seek an organized individual with strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service abilities. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is a plus. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
