At our residence in Tona (Osona), we wish to hire a Social Educator to cover a temporary replacement due to medical leave, with potential extension depending on evolution. We seek a proactive, creative, and socially sensitive individual who enjoys teamwork and contributing new ideas. Your Responsibilities: Design and facilitate meaningful and motivating activities. Support the emotional and social well-being of residents. Coordinate with the technical team (psychology, physiotherapy, management, care staff). Actively participate in center life and innovative projects. Maintain follow-up and documentation of interventions. Publication Date: 03/03/2026 Requirements Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education. Preferred: Prior experience in elderly residences or sociosanitary centers. Knowledge of group intervention and facilitation of therapeutic activities. Additional training in dementia, cognitive stimulation, or active aging. Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration. Organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity. Fluency in spoken and written Catalan. Immediate availability. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education (mandatory).
